Picture it: The eight-year-old next to you just hit a double somersault only to be met by raucous applause from friends. On top of that, a toddler just crawled under your chair and is in the process of untying your shoe laces. While this might sound like just another chaotic day at Chuck E. Cheese, it's not. It's your local brewery.

Following a video that went viral on TikTok this week, there's growing conversation about whether or not children should be allowed at breweries. And it's not looking too good for little Billy and his friends.

In the viral video, a woman filmed herself "trying to enjoy a beer in an adult brewery." But upon flipping the camera, a handful of children can be seen running around and crawling around the floor.

"I’m not even an adult who is anti-kids at breweries but it’s not a playground where they can run wild," she wrote in her caption.

The video has since been flooded with hundreds of comments from people who aren't fans of children infiltrating their go-to breweries.

"My favorite brewery basically turned into a family center with strollers and kids running around on a Friday night 😭 I no longer go. ☹️," said one person.

A number of users on TikTok also pointed out the various safety issues that come about with children at a brewery.

"I never understood why places that serve alcohol need to be family friendly. Mom and dad are drinking who’s gonna drive the kids home?" one person asked.

"Work at a brewery. Not only is this annoying it’s also unsafe for people carrying drinks and hot plates of food," read another comment.

Kids at breweries seems to be a trend that's here to stay, but at least it's not the "good old days" — one person pointed out that their parents used to bring them to bars.

"My dad took me into bars in the late 80s/early 90s and i sat on a barstool with my chips and rootbeer just like everyone else," they wrote.

Should children be given more grace or should they take their root beers and skedaddle?
