Tracy Moore stuns in black dress at the Giller Awards, praises 'Canadian rockstars'

Tracy Moore knows how to rock a little black dress.

On Tuesday, the "Cityline" host took to Instagram to share a video documenting her first time at the Scotiabank Giller Awards ceremony.

In the clip, Moore showed off her stunning look — a black sequinned, one-sleeve gown by the Canadian fashion brand Freda's. She accessorized with a pair of beige stiletto heels and dangling silver earrings.

The post also showed footage of the venue, as well as a photo of Moore with Canadian author Margaret Atwood.

"I went to the Scotiabank Giller Awards last night and had a total effing meltdown when Margaret Atwood walked by," Moore captioned the video for her 150,000 followers. "I stalked Andre Alexis, tried to paparazzi Rupi Kaur...Y'all."

"These are my Canadian rockstars and my fan-girl behaviour is probably why this is the first time I’ve been invited in 29 years," the 47-year-old joked.

Fans loved Moore's post and complimented her "fabulous" look.

"Gorgeous! That dress — you look fabulous as always," a follower commented.

Another fan wrote: "That dress is gorgeous on you."

"That dress is everything," commented another alongside a flame emoji.

"You look absolutely stunning," an Instagram user penned, while someone else chimed in, "Tracy, you look marvellous. That dress was made for you!"

Last week, Moore shared a "hilarious" and "relatable" video about perimenopause.

The TV host explained that while perimenopause can mean "sporadic periods" and "irritability," it can also mean "confidence" and "body love."

"My hot flashes have mysteriously disappeared but I still get irrationally cranky and my periods come and go as they please," she captioned the post.

"Guess what? I’ll take it! If I get to feel this sure in my skin and comfy with my body in exchange for some mild moments of b—dom, it is absolutely a win," she concluded.
