Tracy Moore has got the "Friday feeling."

On Friday morning, the 47-year-old took to Instagram to share a fun video with her 149,000 followers.

To ring in the weekend, the "Cityline" host danced with her daughter, Eva, to Nicki Minaj's hit song "Super Freaky Girl."

The duo wore comfy clothes as they filmed themselves smiling and grooving to the beat. They performed a series of moves in unison before each having their own solo moment.

At the end of the clip, they laughed and high-fived each other's hard work.

In the caption, the mother-of-two expressed her shock that September is almost over and revealed that they always dance in the Moore household.

"When we’ve got time between homework and dinner…we dance. Is it that we’re already nearing the end of (gulp) September? Is it that it’s Friday? Or is it that this girl would totally be my grade seven bestie if we were the same age? Doesn’t really matter. In this house we never need an excuse to shake it," she wrote alongside the hashtags "mother daughter" and "Friday feeling."

In the comments, fans praised Moore's upbeat video and wished her a good weekend.

"Get it ladies, I love this!" commented a follower. "Just adorable!"

"You both are too cute, I hope you have a great weekend!" shared someone else.

"Nailed it!" added a fan with the heart eyes emoji.

"Cuteness overload!" penned another.

Earlier this month, Moore shared a throwback photo of her and her daughter alongside a heartfelt message.

In the post, Moore shared a"flashback" snap from when Eva was a child. She also added a recent photo of the duo at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The TV host explained that as a toddler, her daughter yearned to attend TIFF with her mother, but she wasn't quote old enough.

"A little flashback. TIFF 2012 vs. TIFF 2022," she captioned the post. "Back then she’d watch me get ready and ask, 'When can I come?' and I’d say as soon as you’re old enough."
