Vanessa Hudgens drops $200 on Coachella manicure

For some celebrities, the annual Coachella music festival is just as important as a major red carpet appearance. From the clothing, accessories and jewels, right down to the hair, makeup and nails, stars pull out all the stops for this three-day outdoor festival.
And Vanessa Hudgens is no exception.
The “High School Musical” star recently posted a picture of the manicure she got in preparation for this weekend’s event, which cost a whopping $160 USD (or roughly $205 CAD).

Created by Laque Nail Bar in Beverly Hills, which specializes in elaborate nail art and 3D nails, her long talons feature a collection of Swarovski crystals and gold foil embellishments – marijuana leaves, perhaps?
“When she originally called and booked the appointment, she had a vision of what she wanted,” Marina Torosian, the nail bar’s owner, told People Style. “She didn’t bring in a photo, but she was looking at some of our photos and she picked some detailing and stones from our look books."
According to Torosian, Hudgens is wearing OPI gel colour in “Ice-Bergers and Fries” and the entire application process took around three hours – that’s dedication!
