The term "self-care" is thrown around a lot these days. When we hear those two words, we often think of wearing a face mask or maybe taking an everyday shower.
However, self-care can look different for everyone. Maybe when you're stressed, your self-care habit is to listen to your favorite podcast and go for a walk.
Perhaps you tend to spend more time scrolling on your phone when you're stressed.
Or maybe you love nothing more than eating your favorite comfort food when you're out of it.
Perhaps you tend to opt for that bottle of wine sitting in your bar cart when you're feeling stressed.
