Without Any Judgment, Share The Vice You Turn To When You've Had A Rough Day

The term "self-care" is thrown around a lot these days. When we hear those two words, we often think of wearing a face mask or maybe taking an everyday shower.

However, self-care can look different for everyone. Maybe when you're stressed, your self-care habit is to listen to your favorite podcast and go for a walk.

Perhaps you tend to spend more time scrolling on your phone when you're stressed.
