When a pair of VIPs delayed a flight departure from Nashville, Tennessee, two young passengers could not have been happier.
Jeffrey Freeman, his wife, and their two girls were sitting comfortably and ready for take-off when the pilot announced there'd be a delay while two VIP guests boarded.
After their mom explained what VIP meant, the girls sat patiently waiting to see who these mystery passengers were. But when the special guests arrived, chaperoned by a flight attendant, the children couldn't contain their excitement, as the VIPs were each of the girls' Elf on the Shelf.
