Westminster Dog Show 2025 results: Winners for every group

The 2025 Westminster Dog Show in Manhattan is in full swing.

That means we're learning the winners of each of the seven groups (as you may or may not know: each breed has a winner, and each of those dogs then compete for the group title. Then all the group winners compete for Best in Show on Tuesday night. Got it?).

THE BEST PHOTOS FROM WESTMINSTER: 12 very good dog photos!

That would be: Herding, Sporting, Non-Sporting, Hound, Terrier, Toy and Working.

And after Day 1, we have a few of the group winners named by judges. The rest will be named on Tuesday night before the Best in Show judging. Here’s a roundup with videos of those amazing dogs that will compete for Best in Show:

This time, the giant schnauzer went the full Monty. After coming close in the last two years, Monty the giant schnauzer won the top prize at the Westminster Kennel Club dog show Tuesday night, leaving handler and co-owner Katie Bernardin almost too emotional to speak. “He always tries so hard, and we’re just proud of him,” she told the crowd at Madison Square Garden.
