Here are the 10 most expensive homes in Myrtle Beach based on Zillow Listings.

The most expensive home currently for sale

Near the beach on Ocean Blvd. North, a nearly 10,000-square-foot mansion built in 1932 with eight beds and eight baths, is the most expensive at $6.75 million. The home is the current City of Myrtle Beach Mayor Brenda Bethune’s dwelling, featuring a pool and table.

With an asking price of $6.25 million, this mansion is the second most expensive home in Myrtle Beach listed on Zillow. Near the Dunes Golf and Beach Club, it resides next to a lake.

Built in 2007, the seven-bedroom, 12-bath mansion at 9400 Lake Drive lists on Zillow for $6.45 million. The nearly 10,000-square-foot home has a water fountain in the circular driveway in front of it, a pool, a hot tub, and a walkway down to the lake.

Listed in May 2024, the home is near the Dunes Golf and Beach Club’s 13th hole known as ‘Waterloo’ due to the frustration it causes golfers. The hole also has several alligators, and the club will host the second-ever Myrtle Beach Classic PGA Tour tournament in May 2025.

Built in 2014, the five-bed, seven-bath home at 8702 North Ocean Blvd. went on Zillow Dec. 30, 2024. The nearly 6,500-square-foot home has an asking price of $6.25 million and has a large pool, hot tub and walkway directly to the beach nearby.

The home is also close by the newly renovated Grande Dunes Ocean Club, which went from a formal, Mediterranean feel to a more beach-themed, relaxed atmosphere.

An oceanfront mansion that recently sold

Listed for $5.99 million, this oceanfront home in Myrtle Beach, SC, is the fourth most expensive listed on Zillow. The home recently sold for $2.59 million in February 2020.

At 8922 North Ocean Blvd., the four-bed, six-bath home built in 2000 went on Zillow Dec. 13, 2024, for $5.99 million. The home is also near the Dunes Golf and Beach Club and has a pool and walkway to the beach.

While the home is for sale now, it was previously on the market within the last five years. In February 2020, the mansion sold for about $2.59 million. Zillow shows that the house has been on and off the market several times, first going up for sale in August 2008 for $5.9 million.

An oceanfront home a short walk from the beach

Listed in November 2024, this five-bed, eight-bath home close to the beach in Myrtle Beach listed on Zillow for $4.87 million.

At 8810 North Ocean Blvd., the five-bed, eight-bath home built in 2006 is on the market for $4.87 million. The house has a pool and is a short walk to the beach nearby.

The home went on sale in November 2024 but sold in recent years. In 2017, the house sold for $1.56 million after selling for $1.3 million in July 2015.
