Why Justin and Hailey Bieber Aren’t at the 2024 Grammys
Justin and Hailey Bieber won’t have any sweet moments on the Grammys red carpet this year. The couple chose not to attend this year’s ceremony for a very fair reason: Justin is not nominated for any awards. There is no reason for them to be there, as neither is presenting, and Justin isn’t performing either.
Justin was actually seen in Toronto this week, far from Los Angeles, where the ceremony is taking place. He performed ahead of the 2024 NHL All-Star Weekend on Thursday at Drake’s History club downtown.
Justin hasn’t done many interviews in the last year, nor has he shared his upcoming music plans in detail. His relationship with longtime manager Scooter Braun made headlines in August though when a source shared that Justin was looking for new management.
A source told People at the time, “Justin’s been working on his new record for the last six months. Scooter and SB Projects have not set up one session or done one thing for this [new] record. The relationship with Scooter has run its course.”
Last February, Justin interviewed Hailey for Vogue Australia, offering a rare look into their dynamic as a couple. Justin asked Hailey what her favorite thing about being married was. “My favorite thing about being married is honestly the companionship I feel we have,” she replied. “Genuinely, you are my best friend in the entire world. There’s nobody I would rather spend more time with or do anything with.”
