Black Friday 2024 is hurtling towards us (seriously where has this year gone?), which means it's time to put your savvy shopper hat on and prepare for some final epic deals on your favourite make-up, perfume and hair products just in time for Christmas.
Black Friday is especially good for bagging a bargain on those products you've had your eye on for months but really weren't up for paying full price for. Think of it as your opportunity to take advantage of ridiculous discounts on big-name brands and cult favourite hair, make-up, shampoo, perfume and skincare products... the list goes on, online and in store at almost every retailer.

When do the Black Friday beauty deals start?
The answer to this will depend on your brand of choice. While Black Friday officially falls on November 29 (the day after Thanksgiving in the US), many retailers and beauty brands will start the reductions a little early in a bid to ensnare those keen shoppers. We recommend making your shopping list ahead of November 1, as some products will be reduced as early as that.
What beauty deals can we expect on Black Friday?
Honestly, a lot! Last year, almost every beauty brand we know and love launched some kind of shopping initiative, be it a blanket discount (hello Glossier), tiered reductions, gifts with purchase or even special limited-edition launches.

First to deliver us some major deals this year is Ghd, who has started its Black Friday sale rather early. Right now, you can save up to 25% off all those iconic straighteners (yes, you do need to replace your creaking pair) as well as a remarkable £100 off the internet-breaking hot brush, Duet.

2. Amazon
When it comes to Black Friday, Amazon is where it's at, with what feels like and endless conveyor belt of deals, deals and, you guessed it, more deals. If there was ever a time to snap up your essential beauty electricals at a snip of the price, it's Black Friday.
3. Charlotte Tilbury
Charlotte Tilbury famously goes big when it comes to Black Friday deals. Last time around there were three discounts codes that offered tiered discounts, as well as savings across its value gift sets and Mystery Makeup Stocking - AKA a bundle of seven full-size bestselling products.
4. Cult Beauty
Last year, Cult Beauty pulled out all the stops for its 2023 Black Friday sale, with up to 25% off nearly everything on the site. We enjoyed a range of discounts with a whole host of covetable brands, from Augustinus Bader and Vieve to stellar haircare line Virtue and skin-tech leaders Nuface.
6. Kiehl's
Skincare legends Kiehl's treated us to 25% off everything and 30% off when you bought two products or more for Black Friday 2023. From famous overnight oils to its beloved body creams, there were plenty of products to shop.
7. Sephora
The legendary beauty mecca that landed in the UK last year, Sephora is responsible for bringing us some of our favourite US exports, including ILIA and Tarte Cosmetics. And it also offered some of the best Black Friday offers, with up to 50% off, plus free gifts and flash sales galore.
Some of the highlights included 25% off Dyson hair tools, 30% off Medik8, and 25% off Supergoop!.
8. Beauty Bay
Beauty Bay's epic 2023 Black Friday sale offered a massive 50% discount on almost everything site wide (yes, really). Home to big beauty names like Olaplex, Sol de Janeiro, Cosrx and more, start filling up your basket now.

ghd's Cyber Monday sale offered up to 25% off selected tools, including the classic original hair straighteners and the new launch Duet Style.
10. Lookfantastic
Last year we enjoyed up to 50% off the site's best-selling beauty brands including the likes of Babyliss, Living Proof and Elemis. There were gift sets and limited-edition offerings included in the sale too.

For Black Friday 2023, Boots rolled out the mega deals once again, offering discounts across luxury beauty brands and products. in fact, there was over 4,000 bargains to shop.

British beauty institution Liberty offered deals across its curated and luxury beauty edit. Discounts included up to 30% off and up to 2o% off beauty. There's no better time to snap up that new niche fragrance you've had your eye on.

Beauty editor favourite, Medik8 offered 30% off its expert-approved skincare for Black Friday in 2023. Plus, when you spent over £150, you also received a travel cleanser, vitamin C serum and SPF worth £45.

Space NK's Black Friday offering for 2023 was its best one to-date, giving customers up to 25% off along with an extra 10% off when you spend over £100 with the code CYBER.

Skincare legend Sisley revealed up to 50% off in its Black Friday sale. Have your credit card ready to do some serious shopping.
20. John Lewis
John Lewis treated customers to up to 20% off beauty for Black Friday in 2023. Brands included Olaplex, Augustinus Bader, MAC, Aesop and more.
21. Harvey Nichols
Harvey Nichols' Black Friday sale was bigger than ever, with 30% off beauty, fashion, food and wine.
22. Neom
The iconic relaxation brand gave customers a free candle worth £37 when spending £60 or more.
23. Tan-Luxe
Tan-Luxe stepped things up for Black Friday 2023 with a whopping 50% off everything site wide, and 70% off selected items.
