Zoë Kravitz sparkled on the Met Gala red carpet in a risqué eye-catching gown.

The actress, singer, and model hit the red carpet in a bedazzled Saint Laurent mesh halter gown with a matching bedazzled thong underneath. Matching the look's sparkle and shine, she paired the gown with Jessica McCormack diamond earrings, and opted for simple black open-toed heels to top the look.

Kravitz arrived on the carpet this year along with her new rumored boyfriend Channing Tatum, who posed for shots separately in a classic black tuxedo on the occasion. Kravitz reportedly first met Tatum back while on set of her directorial debut project, Pussy Island, and has grown closer to him ever since, according to Entertainment Tonight insiders.

The dress resembles the bedazzled looks of her recent YSL campaign collection. About 2 months ago, Kravitz shared a photo of herself from the campaign posing in a similar bedazzled mesh bra on Instagram, captioning the post, "FINE. ILL WEAR A BRA."

It takes a special confidence to rock such an iconic, skin-baring look. Though, despite Kravitz's evident self-empowerment on this year's carpet, she's also been transparent about her initial struggles to feel confident and comfortable in her skin. Earlier this month, she opened up in an interview with Independent.ie about struggling to feel beautiful in light of the beauty standards of her youth. “I went to school with people who didn’t look like me and I felt really uncomfortable with the fact I looked different and had Black family members and white family members, and it didn’t feel good to be different," said Kravitz. "Now I’ve grown into myself I think that the things that make us different are the things that make us beautiful.”
