Ashley Graham looks 'fierce' modelling for Balmain at Paris Fashion Week: 'So iconic'
Ashley Graham knows how to stand out on a runway.
The 34-year-old model shared a carousel of photos and videos to Instagram on Thursday after she walked the Balmain Spring/Summer 2023 womenswear show at Paris Fashion Week. Graham wore a creation by French fashion designer Olivier Rousteing, who's Balmain's creative director, during the Sept. 28 show, which included a matching vest, corset and skirt inspired by Renaissance paintings.
To go with the outfit, hairstylist Sam McKnight styled Graham's dark locks in a slicked back, wet-look style, while British makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench gave the model a natural, makeup-free look.
"Thank you, Olivier Rousteing, for being the sweetest soul," Graham wrote in the caption to her post.
Fans were quick to show their appreciation for Graham's appearance on the runway, with many noting that seeing her in action is inspirational.

While Paris Fashion Week only began on Sept. 26, Graham has been booked and busy for the past few weeks.
On Thursday, the former "America's Next Top Model" host arrived at the Schiaparelli Spring/Summer 2023 womenswear presentation wearing a body-hugging black midi dress. She paired the look with black and gold toe heels, matching gold jewelry and a white and gold handbag, while her hair was slicked back into a braid and she wore a glamorous makeup look.
Earlier on Thursday, Graham also gave fans "a little peek" of what's to come. In an Instagram Reel set to the tune of an instrumental version of "La Vie en rose," Graham posed atop a rooftop in Paris as she wore a dramatic lime green tulle gown.
Fellow celebrities and several fans were huge fans of Graham's "green princess" look.
