This Budget Airline Just Added Routes to Charleston, Orlando and More Starting at $39

A popular low-cost airline is expanding with new routes.

Breeze Airways will soon launch or resume flights in Charleston, Columbus, Fort Myers, Los Angeles, Orlando, and more. In total, the airline added 19 new routes and is celebrating the announcement with discounted fares as low as $39 one-way, making it the perfect way to book a spring break or summer getaway for a reduced price. 

With the expansion announcement, Breeze shared they will begin brand-new services to Rochester, New York; Albany, New York; and Memphis, Tennessee. Each market will have several one-way flights destinations, such as Albany offering service twice a week to Raleigh-Durham, NC, and Fort Myers, FL. 

The airline will also begin new service from Albany to Charleston, South Carolina, which was recently rated as the best city in the United States by Travel + Leisure readers for the 12th year in a row in the World’s Best Awards

The airline will also offer returning service to Los Angeles, CA (LAX) from Akron-Canton, OH (CAK), twice a week starting on May 22. 

For travelers looking to visit theme parks in Orlando, FL such as Walt Disney World or Universal, the airline will begin service from Raleigh-Durham, NC four days a week starting on May 9, with one-way fares starting at $39. 

Other highlights in the announcement include flights between Pensacola, FL and Raleigh-Durham, NC and Providence, RI, as well as Tampa, FL to Memphis, TN twice a week. A full listing of the new routes and times is available on Breeze’s website

“We see great demand and opportunity for our premium product offering in secondary markets across the country and are excited to add Rochester, Albany and Memphis to our network,” Breeze Airways’ Founder and CEO David Neeleman shared in a statement to T+L. 

The low-cost airline operates several classes of service, from the ‘No Flex Fare’ which only includes one personal item, to ‘Nicest Bundle’ which includes a larger seat, two checked bags, and other amenities. Travelers can choose the lowest fare and pay extra for carry-on bags or seat assignment.
