Gold capris, micro shorts & minis: Rita Ora’s Rome wardrobe is a summer style masterclass

Rita Ora is booked and busy! In the month of July alone, she has performed at SAGA Festival in Bucharest (in a super cute festival 'fit consisting of an underboob-flashing cut-out bra and teeny tiny shorts, FYI) before jetting off to New York for 48 hours to promote her new Disney+ movie musical, Descendants: The Rise of Red. While wearing no less than eight head-to-toe red outfits in the process. Bizz-eee.

Continuing the theme of jet-setting meets multiple outfit changes, Rita stayed true to form for her recent trip to Rome. The artist touched down in the Italian capital for literally a day, but her fleeting visit didn't stop her from giving what was essentially a summer style masterclass. You know what they say, when in Rome...

Luckily for us, Rita's stylist, Pippa Atkinson, shared pics of each of her five gorgeous ensembles. Cue us immediately saving every snap to our camera rolls, ready to recreate in our next holiday wardrobe.

First up, we need to talk about those Blumarine gold capri pants. The spring summer fashion trend has proved divisive, but Rita leaned into their marmite nature by opting for a pair in an eye-catching metallic hue and accessorising with a bejewelled chunky gold chain belt. She added a cream cowl neck top that was embellished with a gold butterfly, plenty of gold jewellery and wore perspex heels on her feet.

Elsewhere, Rita continued to tick off trends. She rocked a Max Mara camel-coloured backless micro shorts playsuit with black leather accessories before changing into a floral printed ruffled bra top and rara skirt co-ord. For the latter look, she wore a fringed gold choker necklace and towering brown suede platform sandals. Peep the retro brown rivet belt from Rita's Primark collection.

And for her final 'fit of the day, Rita went all out in a Dsquared black leather mini dress featuring double zip-up sides in a 'how high can you go' daring design feature. She added a brown trucker cap to the look as well as chunky silver anklets for a grungy vibe.

Following Emily Ratajkowski's and Alix Earle's recent vacay dumps, we're not short on holiday style inspo RN. Yep, take this as your sign to book annual leave ASAP.
