Sabrina Carpenter's New Dunkin' Drink Is My Favorite Menu Release To Date

Starbucks and Dunkin' dropped their new winter menus just days apart. And while one might think that it would be impossible to compete with the latter chain's viral Pistachio Latte (which is back, ICYMI), Dunkin' went and topped it.

That's right, the Boston-born coffee giant teamed up with pop princess-IT girl extraordinaire Sabrina Carpenter for an all-new beverage: Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso. As the dedicated journalist that I am, I immediately hopped in the car and drove straight to the drive-thru for a taste. And while I admittedly had high expectations to start (our girl Sabrina would never steer us wrong), I was surprised at my own reaction. Turns out, it's my favorite Dunkin' beverage release to date. That's that me (shakin') espresso.

The shakin' espresso comes iced with two pumps of brown sugar syrup, two shots of espresso, and oat milk. The result is a rich, creamy base with just the right amount of sweetness. I find that sugary lattes and specialty drinks often overpower the actual flavor of the coffee, but this strikes the perfect balance. You still get that warm and sweet swirl of brown sugar while the espresso shines.

I'm not the only one impressed—social media has lit up with praise for the "Please Please Please" singer's bevvy. "Just tried the sabrina carpenter dunkin collab… yeah so it’s gonna be delectable," one user wrote on X, while another chimed in, "I had the new Sabrina Carpenter drink from Dunkin' this morning and it tastes exactly like how 'Espresso' sounds."

"Literally the best Dunkin' coffee I've ever had ngl," a third person said on the platform. "It was pretty sweet without overpowering the espresso taste and not just straight up sugar."

Others compared the drink to Starbucks' own Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. "Not Sabrina Carpenter's Dunkin' collab being my all time favorite coffee drink from Starbucks," a fan wrote online, while a Reddit user went as far to say it's even better.

"Tastes almost exactly like the Starbucks shaken espresso, but even better in my opinion," they commented in a thread. "I'm a Dunkin stan tho. 5 out of 5 stars for me. And the commercial she has is really funny too. Queen of comedy honestly."

Queen of many things, including espresso!
