If you don't recognize the always-glowing Kate Bosworth from the legendary "Blue Crush," you probably recognize her from the "Superman" saga and other timeless films like "Remember the Titans" and "Still Alice."
She's also covered nearly every magazine you can think of, so there's that too. But more recently, the model and actress has put her love for clean beauty on blast through her new platform, KIND.EST.
Fuelled by memories of her late grandmother, Bosworth claims that KIND.EST was "born from my desire to connect deeper, to explore further, to smile more, to be curious - through honesty, and yes, kindness."
On her platform's website, she explains that you'll find "everything I love and believe in and that I am excited to share," including items from her favourite natural beauty and skin care brands.
Bosworth's love affair with planet-friendly products and organic ingredients comes as no surprise as she's not only known for her glowing skin, but for her passion about sustainable initiatives — both things that are important to Juice Beauty.
Launched in 2005, the brand has gained recognition for its many innovations in anti-aging skin care. And now, they've got another of one Hollywood's golden girls hooked.

SHOP IT: Sephora, $94
"I am proud to partner with Juice Beauty to announce their new 100% plant based retinol serum, Stem Cellular Retinol Overnight Serum. A restorative serum that restores our skin’s fresh and natural glow with breakthrough technology," Bosworth said in a post on her Instagram
.The $94 serum isn't cheap, but it already comes recommended by 95 per cent of Sephora shoppers and has racked up more than 500 "loves" on the retailer's website.
So, why does everyone (including Bosworth) love it so much? Keep reading to find out.
What's in it and what does it do?
The Stem Cellular Anti-Wrinkle Retinol Overnight Serum is a unique, high-tech plant-based retinol, for starters.
According to Juice Beauty, the vegan 2.5 per cent Bio-Retinol + Retinol formula is made with breakthrough scientific technology that encapsulates the retinol in evening primrose, a popular anti-aging ingredient for its ability to moisturize and enhance skin elasticity, to assure stability and avoid toxic chemicals.

Combined with powerful bidens pilosa (known to treat the effects of photoaging), antioxidant cotton seed oil, softening linseed oil and fatty-acid-full murumuru butter, the Stem Cellular Anti-Wrinkle Retinol Overnight Serum targets dark spots, fine lines, wrinkles, and dullness to provide noticeable results in no time.
Plus, Juice Beauty packages the product in 100 per cent land and ocean waste recycled plastic and paper. You can even scan the QR Code on the bottle to see where the waste is collected around the world.
As Bosworth said, these thoughtful finishes are "...just another one of the many reasons why Juice Beauty is #EstablishedKind."
Is it safe for everyone?
Like with most new retinol products, shoppers are known to voice their concerns about sensitivities to the ingredient's potency, especially in high concentrations. But with the Stem Cellular Anti-Wrinkle Retinol Overnight Serum, the opposite seems true.
"I was a bit worried when I saw that this product was 2.5 per cent retinol, but actually found this product a lot less harsh than others I tried with a lower concentration. After using this product for two weeks, I have really noticed an improvement in the texture and firmness of my skin," one reviewer on Sephora's website said.
Though she admitted to having some reservations about the product's scent, she still thought it was "good without being harsh!"
"Like any good retinoid-based product, make sure to use at night and don’t forget the sunscreen in the morning! It is really a good product and has incredible performance for a clean beauty item. I recommend!"

Others have classified it as a "nighttime game changer."
"I have wanted an overnight serum for a while but I was scared of the price point and if it would be worth it. I was gifted this product and it has made such a difference. This will be a permanent addition to my nighttime routine. Easy to use. Smells amazing and provides great results. My skin is firmer and smoother than ever before.
Even better, it's become "a must buy" to cure dry winter skin too.
"An awesome addition to any skincare routine. I love how this retinol has a moisturizer-like consistency which keeps my skin from getting dry, especially in the winter months," said another Sephora shopper. "It has a light, citrus scent which is refreshing. It doesn't linger or overpower. I would highly recommend adding this to your routine!"
