Ingredients

  • 1 c.

    seedless red grapes, halved

  • 1 c.

    seedless green grapes, halved

  • 2

    celery stalks, sliced, plus 1/2 cup celery leaves

  • 1

    Granny Smith apple, chopped

  • 1/2 c.

    toasted chopped pecans

  • 1/2 c.

    full fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp.

    fresh lemon juice

  • Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Stir together red grapes, green grapes, celery stalks and leaves, apple, pecans, yogurt, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt. Serve immediately.
