I love love, and I’m happy to have found the best love out there—my husband! But even before I met him, I loved celebrating Valentine’s Day—it’s a time to spread love and to treat yourself and your loved ones. When I was single, I would take myself out to lunch, get a manicure, a massage, and maybe even buy a small treat. I’d send my best friends long text messages, making it known how much I appreciated them. Now, I do the exact same thing, but in addition to all this, I also get the sweet treatment from my dear, loving husband—he sends annual red roses and plans a date night to our favorite places in New York City.
