Parents, What Did You Do Differently With Your Second Child Compared To Your First?

I am a one-and-done kind of gal. Having a second baby is not for me, and I honestly struck gold with my first, so I'm perfectly content.

However, I can't help but think if I did have a second, how much better I'd be at mom-ing since I'd have everything I learned from my first.

So parents of multiple, what's something you learned between Baby 1 and Baby 2 that you stopped or started doing the second time around?

Maybe there were some expensive baby registry things you realized you never used the first time, so the second time, you opted to add more everyday things like baby food (and a Doordash gift card for those first few days back from the hospital).

Maybe you did disposable diapers for your first, but hated the cost and waste, then transitioned to cloth for your second and realized it was a lot of extra work and laundry, so you found a blend of both with your third.

Or maybe after your first lost their favorite stuffed animal at the park, you secretly bought a duplicate of your second's favorite stuffed animal so you'd have a replacement if something happened.
