Older Adults, Share With Me Something Useful You've Learned From Millennials And Gen Z'ers

Often, younger generations learn from older generations because they have, as my mom would like to say, more ~life experience~.

While there's some truth to that, there are plenty of things our elders learn from us daily. For those people who are 40 and older, what's a tip you learned from someone under 30 that is more useful and insightful than you expected?

Maybe a Gen Z'er showed you a helpful hack on your phone that was a total game-changer, and you'll forever be thankful to them.
