Reese’s Is Launching 2 All-New Candies for Easter

When the winter slump starts to set in, we know it can feel like forever before the warm, sunny spring weather breaks. While we still have a few months before those April showers bring May flowers—and the Easter bunny hops in with his favorite treats—we won’t have to wait that long for the spring releases.

Sorry, Valentine’s Day (and new Red Velvet Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups), you might be old news now as Easter candy is already starting to hit shelves. You can, of course, still find Hershey’s Valentine’s Day offerings—like the new Reese’s flavor and Kit Kat Bears—they might just be behind the all-new Reese’s Easter candy.

This year, Reese’s is introducing two all-new candies to its spring lineup, including a new shape and a new cup flavor.

Reese's Releases New Easter Candy

Reese’s is releasing new Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with Spring Sprinkles and Reese’s Peanut Butter Carrots for a limited time this Easter.

Reese’s has been filling its classic peanut butter cups with sweet and crunchy ingredients for a while now. From the Reese’s Pieces-filled cups to the Potato Chips Big Cup and, most recently, holiday sugar cookie cups. The latest innovation to the filled cup lineup is Reese’s new Spring Sprinkles Peanut Butter Cups.

Your beloved chocolate peanut butter candy now includes crunchy, colorful sprinkles inside the creamy PB filling. To add to the Easter aesthetic, the multi-colored, pastel sprinkles are shaped like eggs, bunnies, and chicks. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with Sprinkles are available in snack sizes—perfect for egg hunt treasures—single-serve Big Cups and King-Sized Big Cups.

Along with the sprinkle-filled cups, Reese’s is releasing its new Carrots shape this season. The carrot-shaped treats, and their perfect peanut butter-chocolate ratio, are available in individually wrapped snack sizes. This new version joins Reese’s ever-growing line of Easter shapes, including the classic egg, mini eggs, and bunnies.

The two Reese's additions help round out Hershey's Easter collection this year with Kit Kat Bunnies and Reese’s Mini Cane and Hershey’s Kisses Cane, the Easter version of the holiday candy cane container filled with seasonally wrapped mini candies.

The new goodies—plus the returning fan favorites, like Cadbury eggs, Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Creme Polka Dot candies, and York Peppermint Pattie Eggs—are rolling out to retailers nationwide now.

Hershey’s Easter candy is, of course, only available for a limited time through the holiday—but at the rate we’re going, we’ll have the new summer candy replacing the spring offerings by March.
