Sangita Patel is turning heads on the Golden Globes red carpet and taking fans on a nostalgic fashion journey.

The former "ET Canada" host, 43, made a stunning appearance at the 81st annual Golden Globe Awards, held at the illustrious Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, Calif. on Sunday evening. Following her red carpet appearance, she took to Instagram with photos that not only showcased last night's stunning look, but paid homage to her previous years' fashion choices.

Patel donned a sleeveless black gown with a plunging neckline from Canadian designer Adrian Arnieri. Its details were a floral train and a thigh-high slit, paired with black strappy high heels. She completed her look with soft curls, bold pink lipstick, light pink and winged eyeliner.

The carousel included snaps of her past Golden Globe Awards styles. Some included a shimmering white pantsuit with a sleek bob, an Ariana Grande-inspired white and floral A-line midi dress, a "Grecian" white gown with a gold and turquoise waistband and a blue floral bodycon midi dress.

In her caption, Patel shared her love for the Golden Globes, writing, "My first red carpet was the Golden Globes back in 2014. Love the vibe of this award show, everyone is excited, there is champagne on the carpet! It's a good time."

She recalled the event is where she met "my buddy," Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

"First time attending after parties with the nominees. Yup, that's when I saw [Jennifer Lopez] and fell in love," Patel added before reminiscing on once making Vogue's best-dressed and worst-dressed lists.

"First time making Vogue's best dress list for look number two, but also making the worst list!," she penned.

The Canadian TV personality asked her followers which of her Golden Globes looks are their favourite, naming them chronologically:

"A. My Julia Roberts moment

B. My short bob! Took a risk

C. My Ariana Grande phase

D. Grecian flow

E. Not sure, but hey it was something."

In the comments, fans praised Patel's latest award show ensemble and complimented her "ageless" appearance.

"All this showed me is that you do not age. All stunning! I love the black dress on you so much," an Instagram user wrote.

"Ageless beauty," another added.

"Always so flawless," someone chimed in.

"You look stunning in all!" a fan commented.

"Such a great fashion moment," wrote another.

In one story, the TV personality posed with actress Ali Wong — winner of best actress in a mini-series or motion picture for TV, for the hit show "Beef."

She posed with "Beef" actor Steven Yeun, who won best actor in the same category, in another photo along with Charles Melton.

In late November, Patel shared a candid Instagram reel from Turks and Caicos opening up about the unnerving pathology report results she received following surgery to remove a suspicious lump on her thyroid in October.

She recalled prior to her trip, she got the news her once "benign" lump was in fact cancerous.

"This trip came at the right time or me because right before I left I got my pathology report, and I went from benign to suspicious to encapsulated invasive oncocytic carcinoma. Cancer," she said.

Despite the disappointing news, Patel said she is "feeling fantastic," and plans to live her life "to the fullest."

"I am physically strong," Patel continued. "I am mentally strong and I know this positive energy runs through this temple. Just kind of sucks. I didn't think I'd be here. I know I'm gonna be fine, I know that. But live life to the fullest, right?"
