Yes, liquor stores will be open on Christmas Eve.
Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Total Wine & More is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Dec. 24.
Are liquor stores open on Christmas Day?
No, liquor stores will be closed on Christmas Day.
Liquor stores are required by Texas law to close on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Whenever Christmas Day and New Year’s Day fall on a Sunday, stores must close the following Monday.
Most liquor stores, like Spec’s and Total Wine, will reopen on Dec. 26 at regular hours from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
