Barbie fever is still going strong, and Turkey Hill, the ice cream company, is here to keep the good times going.

In honor of her 65th anniversary, Turkey Hill is unveiling two brand-new Barbie-inspired flavors, Strawberry Marshmallow and Frosted Cupcake.

"Turkey Hill and Barbie both believe in unlocking your limitless potential and turning everyday moments into lifelong memories," Brittany Smith, the director of marketing at Turkey Hill, shared in a press release. "With these new flavors, we're combining the sense of joy that Barbie evokes with Turkey Hill's farm-fresh goodness, creating a delightful treat to celebrate the end of summer."

The Strawberry Marshmallow flavor comes with a vibrant, Barbie-appropriate pink hue with white streaks of marshmallow swirled in for good measure, providing the right level of sweetness, just like the doll. Meanwhile, the cupcake flavor is a bit more subdued, with simple pink streaks of frosting throughout every scoop.

According to both brands, the two flavors are "ideal for a day by the pool at the DreamHouse or after a pickleball game with Ken." They'll be available at ShopRite, ACME, Giant Eagle, Giant Carlisle, Turkey Hill Minit Markets, Weis, Wegmans, Hannaford, Food Lion, and Market Basket starting in August.

This is, of course, far from the only Barbie-themed food product to come out over the last few years. In April, Heinz dropped its Barbiecue Sauce, that's a mix of vegan mayonnaise and barbecue sauce, which, yes, is indeed pink. And in May, Olipop released its Olipop x Barbie Peaches & Cream flavor which instantly became one of its most popular flavors.

“With a legacy spanning generations, Barbie's narrative continues to inspire, and Olipop is proud to be part of the Barbie celebration as a brand partner,” Olipop shared in a statement with Food & Wine on its release date. “Both brands carry a sense of nostalgia intertwined with innovation, offering a bridge between generations and a platform for shared experiences.” (The brand added that the best way to get your hands on it is via its online store or on Amazon.)

And there are even all these Barbie-themed kitchen gadgets that you can buy to fully deck out your space in pink everything. All that's missing is a Barbie ice cream scooper. Then we'd be all set.
