Sangita Patel is showing off her strength and coordination.
On Tuesday morning, the "ET Canada" host took to Instagram to share a fitness video with her 154,000 followers.
Every Tuesday, the mother-of-two participates in "Fitness Tuesday," where she shares clips of her trying new workouts, challenges and routines. The goal of the series is to inspire people to get active and live their healthiest lives.
In the post, the 44-year-old filmed herself doing pull-ups. Once mid-air, she used her strength to move her body side to side while DJ Casper's hit song "Cha Cha Slide" played in the background.
To break a sweat, the Toronto-based reporter rocked a black crop top, black leggings, a light green cap and socks with pineapples on them.
"It's Fitness Tuesday! Pull-up challenge — the cha cha real smooth was," she wrote in the caption alongside the laughing emoji. "Your turn."
Patel included the hashtags: "#PullUpChallenge," "#MOTIVATE," "#MakeItFun," "#Workout," and "#PineappleSocks."
In the comments, fans went wild over the TV host's "strength and skills."
"Sangita! You have crazy strength and skills!" commented a follower. "Keep inspiring people!"
"Dang girl! Go get it!" shared someone else.
"Killed it! Made it look easy!" added another.
"I'm amazed by your strength, you're impressive!" penned a fan.
While this week's fitness video was all about arm strength and coordination, last week Patel challenged her core.
In the clip, she held weighted plates while holding the boat position, which uses your abs to hold your legs and upper body in the air.
As the video progressed, Patel swapped the plates while trying not to fall over.
"Abs-lified! Yo, This was hard. The focus and control. The whole core was crying. Umm, I’m not sure how I was even able to swap plates. Try this or hold #HallowHold for 30 secs," Patel wrote in the caption.
In the comments, fans praised the television personality for being in such great shape.
"Oh my goodness. This one looks so hard!" an Instagram user commented.
"You're a powerhouse!" added another.
"Abs-solutely incredible," someone penned.
